Nur ein paar Wochen nach unserem Paris-Dreh reisten wir mit der Formel E zum Showdown nach London. Wir hatten ein brillantes Script (Vorsicht: Eigenlob) für unseren Kunden Schaeffler vorbereitet. Arbeitstitel: „Champion“. Das mussten wir allerdings schon nach der ersten Kurve des Finales beerdigen... aber hey: Auch ohne Titelgewinn konnte das Team mit dem Piloten Lucas di Grassi auf eine spektakuläre und erfolgreiche Saison zurückblicken. Und als Vize-Champion eine Respektbekundung für die Konkurrenten zu machen, das hat auch was!
Only a few weeks after our shoot in Paris, it all came down to the wire. For our London shoot, we had prepared an awesome script (caution: self-praise) for our client Schaeffler and the title challenge of their Formula E driver Lucas di Grassi. Working title: „Champion.“ Unfortunately we could bury this script after the first corner of the final race and had to improvise… After all, the team could look back on a spectacular and successful season. And hey: Everybody can make a film about winning the title, but we agreed with our client that showing respect for the champions and being second in style might be even cooler!
